The first of its kind temporary commercial experience to take place on Tamar, a site that had been ear-marked for the current Central Government Offices of the HKSAR. 

The project involved the construction and management of the largest temporary venue in Hong Kong, to date.

The acquisition of this site required months of advanced planning, government liaison, application and license processing as well as submissions of plans and arrangements.
