Technical Director

A lifetime of work in the theatre industry has seen Mark cover every aspect of stage and technical production. From end-of-the pier, to the Royal National Theatre and then to Hong Kong where he prepared, opened and operated both the HK Academy for Performing Arts and the HK Cultural Centre.

As Technical Director for the Leisure & Cultural Services Department he oversaw the technical operation of their 21 performing arts venues and qualifying late in life with a Master Degree in Facility Management went on to write the design brief for three significant performing arts projects.  His work for LCSD also included event master planning for Hong Kong\'s first ever, outdoor symphony concert, Millennium countdown as well as site feasibility studies and master planning for touring productions by Ola Kala and Theatre Zingaro.
